How AWANNABY handles personal data collected through this website.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Server logs: standard technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and operation.
- Anti-abuse check: when you send the contact form, a salted hash of your IP address is kept on the server for about one hour to limit automated submissions, and a salted hash of the message is kept for 24 hours to ignore accidental duplicates. A short security log (event type, time and a truncated hash, never the message content, name or email) is also kept. The IP address itself is not stored by these checks.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and does not load external fonts or scripts.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for any retention period required by law for business correspondence.
Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by AWANNABY and its hosting provider within the European Union. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to pa.delaroche@awannaby.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Our software
Our desktop products are designed to process files locally. The data practices of each product, including licence activation, are described on its official website.
